Dartford Bootcamps is an outdoor exercise class suitable for all fitness levels.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, burn fat, increase fitness levels, perform better at sport, improve your health or just feel better and have more energy, Bootcamp will help you achieve it.
Classes are varied and never the same keeping you challenged in new ways and preventing you from getting bored of repeating the same workouts for weeks on end.
We incorporate a mixture of bodyweight exercise and weights using equipment that you won't find in your gym.
Tyres, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Sledgehammers, Sleds and Dumbbells are just some of the things you can expect to use at Bootcamp;
but don't panic if you've never used these before!
They're not as scary as they sometimes sound and you'll be shown how to use them correctly and be able to pick a weight that you feel comfortable with.
Our sessions are set out so that you can join it whatever your current fitness level, without holding anyone up or feeling left behind.
As long as you work as hard as you can, you'll get just as good a workout as even the fittest attendees, and you'll soon start to see results - running further, doing more of the exercises, increasing the weights you use, feeling fitter and stronger.
If you pair this with a good nutrition plan (check out our online nutrition coaching program) you can also expect to see some amazing changes to your body shape and composition too!

If your food habits and nutrition knowledge is holding you back from getting the results you want, then this 28-day Health & Fitness Kickstart program will be perfect for you.
The aim of the program is to guide you into finding the nutrition plan that works for YOU.
You'll be guided step-by-step through everything you need to do to get started and get (and stay) on track.
At the end of the 28 days, you'll have a fully personalised nutrition plan, designed using your tastes and preferences, your exercise and lifestyle habits, and your goals.
This certainly is not a one-size-fits-all diet plan.
