28-Day Kickstart Plan
This 28-day course is designed to get your diet and exercise routine in hand without the burnout that people usually face when they start a new fitness regime.
It's not a 28-day workout plan, or a diet plan to follow that ends on day 29 with a burger and chips and a gallon of wine!
This will set you up for the whole year with a plan of action to get your health and fitness under control in a realistic, achievable, and most importantly, sustainable way.
Since everyone is different, I can't offer you a workout plan or diet that will work for everyone (and anyone who sells you this is just after your money!), what I CAN offer is to guide you into creating YOUR OWN workout routine and diet plan, based on YOUR likes and dislikes, wants and needs, and YOUR body.
The course will be delivered via e-mail over the 28 days, guiding you in a logical way through designing your own personal plan.
You'll have guidelines to follow, maybe some homework to do (not much I promise), and you'll come out of it with a clear plan of what you need to do to improve your health and fitness, and start seeing the weight loss (or gain if that's your goal) that you want.
You'll have a sustainable plan that you can continue throughout the year and beyond.
This will form the base of your fitness journey, and without it, you're likely to be guessing and moving from one plan to another, losing weight, then gaining it all back again.
If you're happy with the results you're getting (actually happy, not just kidding yourself) then you probably don't need this.
